Vendor Terms and Conditions

Set-up time is Friday, October 3rd from 9am-4pm. If you need a dollie, you must bring your own - none will be available for set up. Sellers may enter at 7AM the day of the event – Saturday, October 4th. The event will run from 9am-2pm.

No early breakdowns are permitted. No set up available Saturday, October 4th

Space Location will be marked by a number.

Parking is free.

Community Broadcasters reserves the right to prevent the sale of any items that are considered dangerous or inappropriate for people of all ages. The sale of weapons will not be allowed.

Each seller must provide his or her own table(s) & chairs.

The sale of food and drinks at the event is strictly prohibited. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the event via Food Trucks.

Each booth vendor is responsible for their own marked area. All items and trash MUST be cleaned up in your booth space at the end of the event. Fees will be assessed for any clean-up of trash or items left in your booth space.
